he discovered the immense benefits of massage firsthand. For over two

We are regarded for our use of Remedial (or Sport) massage in which is
implemented to alleviate the physical, emotional and mental stress present in our
clients’ lives.
The Massage Life team are client-centred practitioners who understand and
accommodate the unique factors, aliments and unique desired outcomes each
person brings with them to our massage tables. We combine individualised input
with our professional knowledge and use of postural assessment, treatment and
management. This enables us to provide treatment that suit each clients’
individual needs.
We are conveniently located at 147 Pirie St in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, making
us an accessible service point for those working, studying, living in or even visiting
the city. We o
er appointments outside of business hours, providing all with the
opportunity to look after their health and wellbeing, regardless of their
commitments. We treat o
ce workers, to high-level athletes, from 8 months old,
right up to 96 years of age. Everyone can make Massage Life apart of theirs.
As sport is a major passion for our Principle Practitioner Paul, Massage Life has
previously coordinated massage programs for the Adelaide 36ers and Adelaide
Lightning basketball. The Massage Life team have and currently work with social,
amateur and professional athletes, including Olympians and Paralympians. We
are currently sponsoring the following athletes:
Steph Davies – u75kg Weightlifter and 2018 Commonwealth Games Athlete.

FOUNDER & PRINCIPLE REMEDIAL PRACTITIONER
a Paul has been a Remedial Practitioner for 20 years while previously studying Strength & Conditioning. From a workplace injury, Paul discovered massage and has never looked back
both as a patient using it to maintain the old injury from sport and life.
Becoming a Practitioner has been his calling and enabled Paul to have a career he not only believes in but is very passionate about. Making a living by helping people is rewarding and he takes much pride in
obtaining results for his clients. Paul has a history as a Basketball player and Coach, also training in Muay Thai boxing and weight training.
Paul has worked with and sponsored many Amateur and Professional Athletes, Olympians, pro-sporting teams and has a vast repertoire of Modalities to help clients obtain results for their injuries and ailments. And is very much governed by results and great outcomes for all who come through the clinic doors.
Allow Paul’s intuition from years of study and clinical experience help you and cause, treatment and management of most soft tissue/joint injuries and complaints. Paul and the massage crew will always endeavor to obtain the results you are
looking for. Paul and his Practitioners continue to study and evolve as practitioners to continue and more and better ways to help people, as it is all of our passion!
Tayna Goncalves
THERAPEUTIC PRACTITIONER
Tayna, originally from Brazil, has an excellent academic background, a degree in physiotherapy and two postgraduate degrees are in her curriculum.
During her professional training, she did an internship in different hospitals in her country and treated patients at home. Now arriving in Adelaide, she is able to perform Remedial massage procedures on her new patients at the Aurora clinic located in the city.
